How do you usually do your photo geotags?

Hi guys! Is it okay to use keyword + city name for every image I upload? Or should it be a combination of keyword AND keyword + city name to make it balanced?

For example:
car wash service New York, car wash service Rye, car wash service Manhattan

Is it okay to have photo geotags like that? Or should I at least change the keyword for each new location?
