Are you Still Looking for new clients if you have enough?

Im always taking new deals but still I'm managing some big orders. Actually, my services are designed for agencies. So I have some main agency/company clients who have a lot of clients like I have one client they have 90 clients and we are managing them all. Totally me and my team (15 member) currently managing 180 clients. So some direct clients and most of them are our client's clients. But still we are taking new clients and we have no problem handling that many clients. My question is are you taking more clients when you have lots of clients already?
