Getting Vixy videos indexed in Google

Hi,

I'm currently working with a client that uses Vixyvideo (vixyvideo.com) for their Video embeds. All though they have more control over the layout of the embeds, it's hard to optimize the videos for Google. I can add some meta- and structured data, but the videos won't show up in the SERP's like Youtube videos do.

Does anybody have tips on how to get these videos or the content of the videos indexed? I don't want to recommend switching to Youtube at this point yet.
