Multiple issues with my website indexing with incorrect titles... Is there a fix for this?

I have noticed a number of links in Google results to my website are not displaying correctly, I'm not sure why this is, or if there is a fix to the issue...

The title of the pages in question are along the lines of "1477 | Contact | Web Design & Branding services in Durham" however Google shows this page as "Work With Us - 1477 website". The page title has not been changed, but there are also multiple other pages which have the same issue, all ending in "- 1477 website" on Google results.

I have also noticed that there are only around 30 pages indexed, with over 1500 pages on the website and sitemap, but I'm assuming this is just part of Googles current issues with how long its taking to index new pages, as I'm also waiting on indexing of a clients website which has taken over 3 months now and still not indexed (No known issues for the website or sitemaps / search console, just being slow).

Is there a known fix for this, or is this an issue anyone has came across before?
