Does anybody know to how get the "Latest from website.com" carousel on Google search?

If you search for a news website, CNN for example, on Google search, right underneath the actual website result itself, there's a carousel with the title "Latest from website.com," and my boss wants it on his website. He's seen it on smaller and less reputable news websites and blogs as well, so we're assuming it's something we can do ourselves.

I've heard that it is related to AMP, but we have AMP on our website through the AMP for WP WordPress plugin and we don't get it.

Does anybody know how we can set it up?
