Assumed conversion rates?

I own an ecommerce store and just got started with a consultant to help get our SEO set up.

One thing I'd like to do is attempt to put a general range on ROI assuming X amount of traffic. However, this is highly dependent on what I assume the conversion rate will be.

Context: we sell kids toys and have a decently sized social media following on tiktok, youtube, and instagram. I imagine the majority of our website visits are via clicking the link in our bio.

So, our current conversion rate is 1.3%, seems a bit low. However, we have so many children who click the link without any ability to actually buy. I feel like those who find is via keyword search are more likely to be people who are actively looking to purchase. There's arguments to both sides though, because those who come from our social media might be more likely to convert based on the trust already being built in.

Any tips for trying to guess conversation rate and ROI on SEO?

disclaimer: I know it's not possible to guarantee X traffic, Y ranking, or Z revenue. Simply trying to come up with a general range.
