E-Commmerce Indexation Issue - Duplicate Pages

Hi there,

My team deployed a bug in our most recent deployment whereby our product page urls were having the 'size' value duplicated. The normal URL was redirecting to the bug URL seen below:

Normal - /product-700-size/

Bug - /product-700-size-700-size/

We have fixed the issue, however, it appears that within a couple of days a number of these URLs have been indexed (we have a spike of more than 1,000 new indexed pages and a number of pages not indexed).

I have checked search console and there are numerous URLs successfully indexed with this URL bug. This coincides with a downturn in traffic of around 15%.

My question is what is the best way to remedy this? Should I use Manual Actions to remove these URL's or can I add noindex to the robots.txt tag?
