From Last week or so Google is not indexing my new articles

I tried manually putting them into the google search console. When I chick on check the live URL, it shows green there, but articles are not indexing. I also check the noindex tag and my siteamp. also there is nothing wrong with my robots,txt... Is is google's bug that I'm not aware about.... does anybody else is noticing the same??
