Ubersuggest vs Ahrefs vs Semrush

Hi guys, I searched a keyword for my website on these tools and all are showing different keyword difficulty. Ahrefs is showing 5/100, ubersuggest- 61/100 and Semrush- 31/100. Now, I am confused which one is good for keyword research. I don't want to waste my time on difficult keywords. And these variations are very difficult to understand. Please guide
