I have a heading tag in an Elementor mini cart widget that does not have heading tag controls and is set to an H3 tag. How can I set it to have an H1 or span tag?

The mini cart title is messing up my heading strucure. Everything below it is structured correctly, but WAVE is showing that the mini cart title is an h3 tag. How can I change it to be a span tag or an H1 tag so the order is correct? I can't figure out how to target it considering it has no Elementor controls for setting the heading level.
