I’m not sure if this is an SEO question, but how can you receive or code the ability to display a table of site links upon searching your website on Google?

In other words, I’m sure you’ve noticed if you Google a (typically popular) company, like say, Trello, you’ll see the first ranking search have Login to Trello, Trello Pricing, Trello Blog as links with sub descriptions...

Whereas most links just have one page description.

Is this an SEO issue/feature? A Google paid service?

EDIT: I see that this a Google Featured Snippet ... how would one rank for that?

EDIT 2: it might not actually qualify as a featured snippet, but the additional page links on company pages...
