I understand that Google shows different results depending on your history, your IP, your location, if you are in incognito, etc. At a certain point it makes sense.

The thing is, I've recently written an article that hasn't even been indexed yet (it doesn't appear in GSC).

On my computer that page appears on the first page of the SERP. When I search on any other device or in incognito it does not appear anywhere (not even putting site:mywebsite).

It seems like Google intentionally wants me to believe that this page is ranking when IT IS NOT EVEN INDEXED.

And I still have the question of where do they get my snippet ... cookies? history?
