Google Listing shows up on mobile just fine, weird on desktop.

Hellooo, so I've been managing an electrical contractor's google listing for about 5 or 6 months now. When I search for "(insert city) electricians" on mobile browser, the listing comes up third after clicking on "more businesses". When I use a desktop browser and search, i click on "more businesses" and it doesn't show up on first page. I click on page 2, not on there either. I click back to page 1, and it magically shows up as third. What am I doing wrong?
