Customer satisfaction vs. google rankings?
We are a education website that mainly focuses on study notes.
Our users love our small, detailed, and extremely condensed study notes - however - as you might have guessed google does not.
We have about 600 of those small study notes (that are each 200-400 words long with 3-4 pictures each) and about 50 bigger summary pages that consist of the smaller pages added together.
Our traffic came mostly from social media, however, we wanted to take a step up and try ourselves on SEO.
Now we are facing the following problem:
Our small study notes pages don’t rank well if at all. Should we increase the content (making the customer less happy) or leave the content and simply add a faq section?
Do you think a faq section would be enough?
Thanks for your help guys :)
