All In One SEO Pack Plugin Question

If anyone here uses All In One SEO Pack have you noticed the plugin regularly wiping out whatever SEO you have for some pages whenever there's an update? I have several client sites that I have to go in and check when clients call me asking why their SEO was one thing but now just shows the word "Home" on the website home page. It's annoying af and probably knocks back the SEO for that site every time they do this. Can anybody speak to what's going on?
