Google Search Console: Merchant listings report claims there's no image on a listing when there is

Starting last Thursday I began receiving e-mails for an error within merchant listings. It's for only one product and the error states: "Missing field 'image'"

The thing is, the product listing in question does have an image and has been on the website for years. I haven't made any changes to the listing before this error so I don't understand why this one product is getting this error. I have tried replacing the image and validating the fix, but it comes back with the same error. Again, no changes have been made and this is the only product affected by this error.

The website is Wordpress based and using Ecwid for the eCommerce section of the site. If anybody has knowledge on this kind of thing I'd appreciate any insights. Thank you!
