Mapping links

Hey guys, I'm building the website that is going to get me out of working for other people. I hope to start living out of my dream.

The issue is, I am reaching almost 500 urls and I feel that I'm starting to get lost with the internal linking.

How do you do to have it organize make it easy to follow and don't get lost, or miss some of them?

I have never seen any SEO guru, workshop, forum or YouTube video talk about internal links mapping, am I talking sci-fi or is there a way to do it that I haven't found out?
