Did small audits on dozen websites and found that most have multiple H1 Tags!

In October 2019, John Mueller said that having multiple H1 tags is not much of a problem and Google understands that it can happen.

So I have 2 questions to ask from you (especially in-house SEOs) -

1. Do you tell your client about multiple H1 tags present on their website after doing an audit and fix it?
2. If not, what is your next action when you find this issue? Do you completely ignore it?
