Google Search Console - Issues page redirects and not indexed

I've been looking into optimizing my SEO and indexing knowledge and skills and am currently looking to see which of my pages are searchable within Google.

When I'm looking into the search console, I see that 96 of my pages are not indexed. These are pages, posts but also templates.

26 of these pages are because of redirects. When I look into it, it shows that the page https://site.extension/blog is redirected to https://www.site.extension/blog.

When I setup a Wordpress site, I choose for an installation with https://site.extension and not https://www.site.extension. Is this wrong? I believed that non-www websites are more the way to go than www websites?

I then have 60 pages that are found, but not indexed, and 6 pages crawled, but not indexed. The site has been up for over a year so why is this?

I also want to know if there is a way to see all the pages which are visible on the search engines? If I type in the exact keywords for a specific page, I can see it on Google, is there a way to get a list of all pages? I would assume Google Search but this doesnt include all my blog posts as all sub-pages
