Do you use any software/app to log SEO or content changes on a given URL (having hundreds of URLs) and multiple projects?
The simple answer is probably: use a spreadsheet. But depending on the volume of data, it is no longer practical.
I would like to have one database per project/domain, and subdivided by each existing URL.
And within each URL, to be able to keep track of changes made like: added a longer description, FAQschema added, images optimized, change of the focus keyword... Be it SEO changes, content changes, design changes or whatever. But always registered by date. And finally, that each URL can be assigned a specific status. For example: to be written, text to be revised, full optimization.
The objective is to have a chronological record of all the changes made to URLs, so that the effectiveness of the changes can then be contrasted in Search Console. And on the other hand, the "Status" of each URL, will help you to know what pending improvement tasks there may be in each project/URL.
How do you manage these tasks? What app/software do you use?
