Quick Indexer to rank citations

Hey,

I am looking for an online indexation tool (free or paid) that can help me index the citations faster in Google.

I order a list of 50 citations, and usually there are very little of those that show in Google. These are some example of citations:

Any way to get these ranked fast in Google? Or am I wasting my time building these for local businesses?
