SEO Resources/Literature

Hello,

I am a veteran that left the service at the beginning of 2020.

I had a fairly smooth transition into the civilian sector, all things considered.

By 2021 I realized I still desired more freedom and challenges so I started my own company.

Company has been operating for approximately 20 months although it has felt like 10 years with the steep learning curves I've faced.

I've made my own website and curated my seo strategy solo. Live by the sword, die by the sword.

According to my break even analysis I need to sell +/- 61 units to break even. Thus far I have sold 53 units and anticipate having my first profitable production cycle in 2023. -Seasonal services.

I wish to capitalize on my positioning to finally have the sweet taste of profits grace my tongue.

Can anyone recommend valuable SEO resources/literature?

As it currently stands, my website has an average ranking of 11.9 and appears to be trending towards +/-10.

I don't have a budget for seo yet as I've been completely self funded/directed.

Utilizing free literature/videos/online tools I have gotten to a point where I feel somewhat stagnant/limited. I'm hoping for reference material that will allow me to dive a little deeper and better understand the seo game.

I'm ranking fairly well for specific keywords in my region and less so for more vague/broad terms.

I've also used free online seo auditors to determine average scores/rankings of my region's top 25 competitors.

My rankings appear to be average across the board and I would like to increase these rankings by any measurable metric to ensure I keep lights on and food on the table. (only half serious, spouse is successful)

I know there is lots I don't know and I'm having a difficult time identifying what I don't know while effectively learning and implementing.
