Where To Find a Full-Time SEO to Hire?

We're looking to hire an SEO Strategist to help us create, implement, and optimize our SEO Roadmap. We've posted on LinkedIn and all the major job boards, but we're still having trouble finding someone. We pay top of market, have unlimited PTO, and we've filled all the other roles we're hiring for. So, we should have filled this one by now. Looking at the numbers, we have a traffic problem, so where can we post to get more eyes on our job post? Thanks in advance!
