Baffled by Google Search Console Redirect Error

I then checked my page via "redirect-checker" and it told me the page was using a 302 redirect. I am using Weebly and only have one place to intentionally create a redirect and I did not create one for this page. I am stumped on how to fix this as I didn't do anything different than any other pages.

I tested two the .html version of the page and the version without:

with the .html - page is fine, no redirects

without the .html - the page has a 302 redirect

I am wondering if it is something around the .html - Weebly forces all the permalinks to .html. I have the same permalink and canonical name in the header.

Any suggestions on what to try to fix this?
