Questions as Title help Rank/Conversion?

So is there any definitive evidence on page titles being in question format vs just exact match rank better?

I am building out a site snd the main search terms are {persons_name} {attribute}

So instead of just regurgitating the exact match does it make sense to do it as “What is {persons_name}’s {attribute}? And put an [Answered] tag in the title?
