Fix duplicate without user-selected canonical on archive pages

Google Search Console shows I have a number of Duplicate without user-selected canonical problems to solve. Almost all are for archive pages and a query string.

For example:

.../page/211/?ak_action=accept_mobile&themes_on_signup_preview=1

Forget the query string for now... that's another issue.

I've managed to fix almost all the other duplicates without canonicals... but not the archive page ones.

How can I fix them?
