We run a tourism website that’s focused on a single country.

We’re ranking first position on both bing and duckduckgo, from all search locations.

We rank at the top of the ‘map pack’ for searches from most countries.

We rank page one on Google in a single country.

We rank page TEN on Google from our target country, and between page 6-10 from all other countries.

Wtf have I done wrong?

I have switched hosting so that the site is now hosted from our target country— but it’s ha had no impact
