Need help pricing freelance SEO work

Hoping someone might be able to help. Has anyone ever done SEO freelance work? I've been asked to do some paid freelance SEO for a friend, but I have no idea what to charge. A description of the work they're looking for is below. Any thoughts or ideas on pricing would be greatly appreciated!

SEO Audit Final deliverable: SEO audit and roadmap outlining recommended SEO strategy.

Items covered in report include:

● Keyword research

○ Analysis for top keywords by user searches with keyword difficulty noted

● Site structure analysis and recommendations

● Content analysis and recommendations

● Crawlability analysis and recommendations

● Tagging strategy recommendations for key landing pages

Top level landing page design and development: To support SEO site structure best practice, a top level landing page will need to be implemented into the site. The top level landing page will include high level content and UX development integrated with the currentsite structure.

SEO Tools Setup: SEO tools will also be set up as part of the support as needed. These tools include the following:

● Google Analytics Setup

● Google Tag Manager Setup

● Google Search Console Setup

● Sitemap submission to Google Search Console
