I need advice for my website to rank locally (Local seo)

I own a moving help comapny, gmb is doing good. But I'm not seeing any traffic for my website. Uhaul moving help and hire a helper are my only competitors. I'm the only one focused on this locally, everyone else owns a traditional Moving company. Help me with my local seo please.
