Does it matter if my front-end breadcrumbs hierarchy differs from my schema breadcrumbs hierarchy?

The question is in the subject line, but in case anyone wants to know why I would do this-

I'm not a developer and I cannot find a plugin that sets up breadcrumbs with the hierarchy that I want. I can however manually create the hierarchy I want with dynamic fields, but that would not have breadcrumbs schema. I can use a plugin that creates breadcrumbs scheme (without affecting the actual front-end breadcrumbs) but this plugin is not able to replicate the hierarchy I plan to create.
