What are peoples thoughts on outsourcing your backlinking?

I’m going to start blogging on my site for SEO purposes. I’ll be targeting low competition keywords and was curious to see if services like Fat Joe or Click Intelligence could save me some time. If they can get me links with 30+ domain authority that are relevant to my niche then great. But worried this is too good to be true.
