Should I use SEMrush / Ahrefs + Surfer for personal 1 website use? Or is there better alternative?

I own a business with a website advertising local repair services and I want to improve my Google ranking for the services I provide.

I have done my research and it looks like SEMrush or Ahrefs along with Surfer are a really good combo.

Would these tools be overkill to use just for one website or no?
The total cost is pretty high compared with my business income so if there are more suitable, less expensive options out there then please recommend.
