Ongoing problems with GMB and listing on Google Maps -
I operate a service area business with no physical location for clients to visit. Currently in my 4th year of business, which began in Memphis, TN, and moved to my new location, Nashville, TN, about 8 months ago.
My GMB listing is filled out properly and verified. There is no address on the listing. Here is my problem: if you're searching for "flower delivery" in Memphis, my business listing shows up in both Google and Maps. If you click my listing, it snaps itself to my service area in Nashville but I still get tons of calls from Memphis which I would love to stop. On top of that, while located in Nashville, I cannot get my listing to show in searches unless you're searching for my specific business name. I've basically copied the first page of Google results for my competitors and I cannot get my listing to show up at all.
It is a matter of adding a physical address to my GMB listing as all my competitors have done? Or am I looking at something deeper than that
