Not happy with my SEO person and I believe I might have been fleeced. Anyone willing to take a look at my website and tell me if I am wrong?

I hired an SEO person last year to do my website. I was happy with the services because I wasn't paying attention, but once I actually took a look at what they were doing I realized I might have been paying for services I didn't receive.
