I have been working in SEO for about 5 years and have very little peers in the industry. I wanted to reach out here and see what others think about the future of SEO. I think the development of technology is certain to impact most SEO tasks sometime in the near future.

How does this impact the job market?
Are agencies poised to benefit from the development of SEO technology?
Is freelancing the future for most SEOs?
What skills should we be focused on developing?
