Best way to target several small keyword queries inside one article?

After doing keyword research I found that many people are searching for:

What does X mean in VIDEOGAME?

for example:

• what does nt mean in CSGO?
• what does gg mean in CSGO?
• what does ff mean in CSGO?

I found maybe like 15-20 different words that I want to write about. The answer to each question is only like a couple of sentences so I cant make a different article per word.

What would be the best format for my article that would be good for the SEO of each keyword?

My first thought was to do an H2 for each of those queries. Something like this:

<h2>What does nt mean in CSGO?</h2> <p>answer</p> <h2>What does gg mean in CSGO?</h2> <p>answer</p> <h2>What does ff mean in CSGO?</h2> <p>answer</p> etc... 

This way all the keywords are clearly defined inside of an h2 tag. But I'm worried this will look too spammy in google's yes.

What do you think? What do you recommend I do?
