Sup all! I’m making this post to shed a little light on getting a bio and more information for your Google Knowledge Graph/Panel without the use of the infamous Wikipedia/wikidata.

I’ve had a knowledge panel for about a year and a half now and I’ve evolved it from extremely basic to colored and full of information. Since I’m an artist, I did this mainly by releasing music to YouTube Music and other big platforms, and making sure my name was mentioned all over the internet music spots.

Now I just recently got a bio due to me creating my own fandom wiki page and Google took note of it and started adding said information. To do this yourself, I’d recommend making a page in your niche on Fandom. Fandom is a wiki website where ANYONE is allowed to make a page, regardless of how notable you are. Fandom hosts lots of different communities so you’ll definitely have somewhere to get in where you fit in.

If you make this page yourself, make sure you don’t make it obvious that it’s you as you would need to talk in third person, avoiding anything that isn’t worth noting. Use the right terms and Google may start to validate this wiki page and pull information directly from it, giving you the option of a bio and all that kind of information.

It would also help to have your panel claimed already, you may be able to request that Google add your bio.
