Outsourcing

Hi

Since I am one-man person for my business. I want to start our sourcing the SEO side of the business rather than learning seo from the ground up.

I am from the Philippines and would like to hire someone in the PH (cheaper labour).

In terms of hiring, should I hire an agency to do everything or breaking down what I need and finding freelancers to fill those would be better (potentially cheaper?)

Assuming I have basic* knowledge. How would you start the our sourcing process?

e.g.

1. Hire someone to do a complete SEO audit and create SEO plan?
2. Hire someone for content
3. Hire someone monthly for website bulding/seo structure or?

Any guidance or sources would be appreciated. And if anyone has experience how much did it cost you?
