Nitro Pack vs WP Rocket vs Other?

Hi. I need to speed up my wordpress site significantly as speeds scores are only 30-40 on mobile despite optimising everything i can (theme, images, plugins etc).

I've tried nitro pack free package which instantly shot us up to 75 on mobile speed - and feels much quicker also. However I've seen rumours that it uses dodgy methods and may actually damage SEO?

Also heard it can mess with google ads.

Anyone have recommendation or experience?
