Impressions drop to 0 after two days

Any reason a page would get indexed, get hundreds of impressions over two days, and then drop to 0?

The page itself is still in the index, shows on search, however there have been 0 impressions for around a month.

There are no penalties or issues with the domain or page itself.

Just for additional information, the domain age is 1 year 7 months with a low/average DA and a good number of backlinks.
