Why is Google not indexing?

I put together (what I think is) an amazing post about building you own TV channel.

Google knows it's there according to search console, it is not blocked by errors, I have plenty of DA ... but Google refuses to index it.

Meanwhile, IT'S THE #1 RESULT and featured snippet on Bing. (create your own tv channel free)

It's worth mentioning that other pages on my site are indexed by Google, with some ranking highly on low-volume keywords and OK on some higher volume ones.

Any idea why Google does not want to index this page, along with a handful of others? They are all quality, unique pieces of content.
