Question about using Yext vs BrightLocal

Hi all, I'm pretty new to this and had a couple of questions. Thank you for anyone with suggestions and for baring with me.

Do Yext and BrightLocal help you create brand new listings?

I wanted to create some for a family member and was about to simply use my google business, but was wondering if I can create it on Yext and then they create them for me on multiple search engines, and if so, does BrightLocal do this too?

If yes, BrightLocal does this too, then which would you guys recommend? I know a couple of things so far, that once the subscription from Yext ends that your listings are likely to go down as well. But also that Yext can really power rank you. Don't know a whole lot about BrightLocal, how about any other programs that could be just as good as Yext?
