Why does Google index my posts too late?

So, I was having this issue for a few months now. Google either doesn't index my posts or it indexes 2-3 days (and sometimes even a week) after publishing. This is annoying.

On the other hand, Bing indexes all my posts instantly. I mean it takes Bing less than 10 minutes to index my posts.

What does prevent Google from indexing my posts?
