Schema for Products, Ratings and Reviews

Hello Redditors,

I have a few questions about Schema /SEO and reviews /ratings.

• Can I use a brand rating under a product listing in SERPS? I am almost certain I can't use that for the product, but is there a way to show the say 4.8 stars for the brand that made the product....in a product listing in SERPS? Is it ok with Google is the main question. Would not want a spam penalty.
• Can we gather product reviews from other sites and use them in our site and show that rating in Google Serps?
• Lastly, is there a company that sells curated ratings and reviews? We could import, for the same products we also sell. I know about Bazaarvoice but rather import the ratings and reviews.
