Recover after stolen content

Hi,

One scraper stole my best page (top 3 - 15k/month) and put it on a very old domain name. He took my place immediately with no work and one single page with all links redirecting to a scam.

His website isn't on google anymore after DMCA request, but mine too, as google bot didn't come back since 15 days: Last crawl: 24 Sept 2021 / Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical

Is there any solutions?
