I hope this question is allowed. I have searched for similar questions, but have not found a solution.

I work for a legal insurance company. We receive a high call volume from Google users that believe we are free legal aid. No where on our website, business profile, or description do we say that we are free a service and/or reference "legal aid". Due to the call volume, our call center is becoming frustrated.

How do I opt out of certain search results for my business? Essentially I need to reverse my SEO to be less optimal for certain search terms. I would assume other businesses have come across this issue.. but I cannot seem to find a clear solution. Any help is appreciated.
