How to protect against negative SEO or local map pack skullduggery
I’m the proud owner of a local business with a website that pretty much dominates the search terms that bring customers to me. It’s taken a while to get it right but thankfully I’m there now and the bookings are flowing in nice.
Basically, I want to protect myself from both traditional negative SEO but I also want to know if there are any practical steps to protect my local map pack positions too. My listings and site are all white hat and everything is as it should be (no fake listings, reviews or addresses, it’s all genuine).
It would be awesome if some of you local SEO guys good offer some suggestions on just locking down everything and protecting myself and my rankings.
