How do you give bad news for customers?
I'm currently doing an internship in a SEO agency and sometimes wondered to work as a freelance, but the thing that scares me the most Is in the case you don't give results (Like, rankings not achieved) or even worse if you somehow get the website penalised? Did It ever happen to you? What did you Say to customers?
