How do I get a schema like this?

I saw this website who does SEO really well, they have this unique kind of schema for all of their ranking pages. When I was checking through my Mangools plugin I noticed that there's no predefined schema for this website.

Is there any way I can get a schema like this for my website? I am attaching the screenshot of how the schema looks in the comments as I can't add the image here. Thanks
