Favorite Way to Track keyword Rankings / SEO Metrics

I just started working at a company that gets a ton of organic traffic. We also rank in the top 3 for 8k+ keywords. How would you think about tracking our top keywords?

Would you prioritize specific keywords? I'm in SEMrush and Ahrefs, but this is the first time I've used these tools on this scale.

Also, what SEO metrics would you track to show performance to C-levels, VPs, etc.?

Currently, I look at:

• Weekly traffic by source type
  • I also look at a couple of specific valuable pages
• Weekly branded and non-branded keyword clicks
• Backlinks
  • specifically new by week
  • noticeable backlinks
